Our Chef

Chef Alkis Theocharidis—young, seasoned, and soulfully inspired, brings a fresh take on Cretan cuisine, rooted in the island’s earth and water. Try sun-soaked lunches in the restaurant, barefoot brunches by the beach and slow sips in the lounge. Every bite tells a story of tradition reimagined. Freshly-caught seafood, tender Iberico pork, handmade Black Angus burgers, and tuna Katsu-Sando are kissed by the Aegean breeze. Zamana is where taste meets saltwater rituals.
